Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am so grateful that my husband and I were able to buy one of Tommy’s homes with TGC Custom Homes. Everyone on their team has been such a pleasure to work with and they are great at communication. They have beautiful homes that are very carefully built and designed. I couldn’t be more happy and proud to be a first time homeowner with TGC!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Want to shout out Gideon from TGC custom homes. Even after the purchase of our home he has always been there to answer questions and provide help. He’s super prompt in responding, always professional, and truly cares about his job. It’s not easy to find people that truly care about others. TGC has a good one in Gideon!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As first-time home builders who have previously been burned by untrustworthy contractors during renovations, my husband and I were incredibly nervous going into this process. This house is our forever home and we came into this process really hesitant and unsure of how things would go down. We chose to build a revised Maple plan with an added shop, and we naturally had a million questions.

The TGC team was incredible and has changed our outlook completely about contractors and the building process in general.

Melissa was a tremendous help with the design process, and Gideon, Tommy, and Trey were so patient with us—answering endless questions and handling all of our random changes and revisions without ever making us feel like a burden. Even after we closed, I had questions and things that needed to be followed up on and they handled it promptly.

Before we even finished building, anytime we told locals we were using TGC, they all said the same thing: "They stand behind their work." The work is very solid, but their honesty is what blew us away. If a hiccup came up, they didn't dodge us. They answered right away and already had a game plan to fix it. We love our forever home, but if we ever had to do it all over again, we would build with TGC in a heartbeat.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. TGC helped make building our dream home a reality. We started with Tommy, who reassured us that they could build the home we designed and gave us, by far, the best bid around. Tommy was always prompt and patient in answering any questions this first-time builder had — and there were quite a few! He guided us through the process every step of the way.
We then met Tray, the main contractor, who helped get our build started. He was also very patient with us as we figured out the placement of the new build and worked through getting water and electricity set up on the property.
In the meantime, we met Melissa, their design guru. She was incredibly patient with this indecisive client who had no clue how to choose the finishes for the house. She went above and beyond, even setting up a second appointment when I started having regrets about some of the choices I had made. Melissa never made me feel bad about second-guessing my decisions and offered such helpful advice throughout the process. I left our second meeting feeling confident and excited to see everything come together.
Once construction began, we met Ty, the contractor in charge of building our dream home. Ty was amazing throughout the entire building process. He was at the build site almost every day making sure everything was moving smoothly. Hardly a day went by without someone working on our house. Ty personally checked all of the work to ensure everything was done correctly. Anytime I called or texted, he was always available to answer questions or handle any issues that came up. Ty is the most efficient contractor I have ever seen — he got our house built in about four months!
I can’t say enough great things about Ty and how friendly, professional, and kind he was throughout the building process. He, along with everyone else at TGC, helped turn our dream home into a reality. I highly recommend TGC to anyone looking to build a home!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. TGC Homes did a great job building our home, and we had a very positive experience working with them from start to finish. As first-time home builders, we especially appreciated how easy they were to work with and how well they communicated with us throughout the process. Gideon, Tommy, and Trey were all very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They were always willing to answer questions, address concerns, and help us through the process. TGC Homes offered a lot of good customization options, built a beautiful home, and completed it in about four months from start to finish, which really impressed us.

We have been very pleased with the craftsmanship and overall quality of the work. Whenever there was a concern, they were quick to address it. We would definitely recommend TGC Homes to anyone looking for a home builder.
